Shipping and return policy.

We ship worldwide, using Dutch Royal mail. Once processed, expected delivery times for NL orders are 1-2 days, for European destinations, 3-7 days, and for the rest of the world, 7-10 days.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first with details so that we know to expect it.

Our Shipping Rates for EU27 orders only are as follows:
EU27 Orders less than €20 = €3.00
EU27 Orders €20.01 to €75.00 = €5.00
EU27 Orders over €75.00 = FREE!

There is also a 1.50€ handling fee per shipment.

Payment.

We accept PayPal, and by extension, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Discover, Switch, Maestro and Solo cards.

You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. Simply go to your Shopping Basket and click on the yellow ‘check out with PayPal’ button. This will take you to the PayPal website. Under the login section is a blue ‘Don’t have a PayPal account? link’. Click this to show a form to enter your payment details. Once complete, press the yellow ‘Continue’ button. This will take you back to our website, where shipping will be calculated and you can confirm your purchase.

Return policy.

We are happy to accept returns of unused and unopened products. Should you receive a damanged or defective item, we will also refund your postage on the return.
